Testimonials:

Uljée c.s. is a Dutch tax advisory firm focused on international taxation and M&A.

We advise businesses, investors, non-governmental organisations, embassies and private clients on Dutch tax matters, including international structures, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and private equity investments. As a specialist firm, we work closely with our clients to understand the objectives behind each assignment and translate complex tax issues into clear, workable solutions.

Founded in 1990, Uljée c.s. has extensive experience advising on Dutch taxation. We combine in-depth technical knowledge with practical insight, coordinating with trusted advisers abroad when multiple jurisdictions are involved.

In addition to advisory work, we provide tax compliance services such as the preparation and review of Dutch tax returns and other ongoing tax obligations. This enables us to support clients both on strategic questions and in managing their continuing Dutch tax affairs.

Our services

Uljée c.s. provides Dutch tax advisory services to its clients. We advise for instance on existing tax positions, corporate restructurings and engage in discussions with the Dutch tax authorities on behalf of our clients. We also regularly request advance tax rulings (ATRs) and advance pricing arrangements (APAs).

Our tax advisory services cover the full range of Dutch taxation, including corporate income tax, withholding taxes, VAT, wage tax, personal income tax and the application of double tax treaties. Uljée c.s. has expertise in the Dutch tax aspects of cross border investments and transactions, M&A (tax due diligence, transaction documentation and post-acquisition restructuring), private equity funds, real estate transactions and incentive plans.

We assist our clients with their Dutch tax compliance obligations, including the preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns, personal income tax returns, VAT returns, dividend tax returns, wage tax returns, and Pillar Two filings. In addition, we prepare supporting letters substantiating the tax positions taken and ensure that tax advice is properly reflected and implemented in the relevant tax returns.
